We begin with postural and core function assessments, followed by in-depth nutrition and lifestyle questionnaires to establish a clear starting point.  From there, I will help you get clear on your unique Adventure, what my mentor calls your Dream, so we can develop a clear path to get you where you want to go.

The Program

Following the initial assessments, I will design your personalized health program, complete with lifestyle and nutrition coaching, 1-on-1 in person exercise coaching in a beautiful private studio and an online coaching platform with videos to help keep you moving forward when you're not with me in the gym.

Although much of our time together will be focussed on exercise, I believe true health can only be built upon a solid foundation of the basics.  There is an overwhelming amount of health and fitness information out there today, but when it really comes down to it, there are just 6 core areas we need to focus on.

  1. Thinking - Thoughts are things! Thinking is the first step in creating and living your Adventure? What are you creating?
  2. Nutrition - To put it simply, you are what you eat! (You're also when you eat, and what you eat, eats! Don't worry, we'll get to that later)
  3. Movement - Movement is medicine... When properly prescribed! Is your workout building you up or just beating you down?
  4. Sleep - “The number of people who can survive on five hours of sleep or less without impairment, and rounded to a whole number, is zero.”  - Matthew Walker PhD, Author of Why We Sleep
  5. Hydration - There are over 10 billion biochemical reactions in the body every second! ALL are water dependant. Are you hydrated?
  6. Breathing - The average person takes between 17000-30000 breaths per day! Improper or restricted breathing is one of the quickest paths to overall dis-ease in the body. Efficient breathing has a vast number of benefits, including greater mental clarity and improved sleep, digestion and immune system response, just to name a few!

To make sure you never get bored or plateau, all coaching packages include exercise program redesign every 4-6 weeks and quarterly reassessments to make sure everything is on track.

All coaching packages are all-inclusive and prices start at $84 per week.
